These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Devon Bed Ltd website. By placing an order with Devon Bed Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase products from our website. Should you require any clarification, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

The information provided on this website, including these Terms & Conditions, may be updated or amended at any time. By continuing to use our website after any changes have been made, you accept the revised terms. Where significant changes affect your rights, we will seek your confirmation before they take effect.

Communication

By placing an order through the Devon Bed Ltd website, you agree to receive communications from us, including order updates, company news, promotional offers, and marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and website design, is the exclusive property of Devon Bed Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without the prior written permission of Devon Bed Ltd.

Orders

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that a contract has been formed between you and Devon Bed Ltd, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed. If payment has not yet been completed, no funds will be taken from your account.

Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and provide the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel your order for a full refund.

Devon Bed Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order before delivery for any legitimate reason and will provide a full refund where applicable.

Order Amendments

Changes requested after an order has been confirmed may be subject to an administration fee of £99, depending on the stage of production.

Delivery

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please notify us at the time your order is placed so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, Devon Bed Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road conditions, traffic, or courier-related issues.

If a scheduled delivery is missed due to customer unavailability and a redelivery is required, an additional charge of £50 may apply.

Where an assembly service has been arranged, customers are advised to inspect the product carefully for any visible damage before signing the delivery confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after the delivery team has left the premises.

If you need to rearrange your delivery date, we kindly request at least 7 days’ notice.

Discount Codes

Only one promotional or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Devon Bed Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer or discount code at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation & Returns

As each bed is handcrafted and made to order, all purchases are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Customers have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time an order is placed. To cancel within this period, written notification by email or letter, or verbal confirmation, must be received before the 24-hour period expires.

Where a cancellation is requested after a product has entered production or has been opened or used, a 30% cancellation fee may apply.

Once the 24-hour cooling-off period has expired, orders cannot be cancelled, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable.

In exceptional circumstances and entirely at the discretion of Devon Bed Ltd, an exchange may be offered. Where approved, a £150 handling charge will apply to cover collection, delivery, and installation costs.

Devon Bed Ltd reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests where products have been custom-made or where the return conditions have not been met.

Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

All personal information provided to Devon Bed Ltd is handled securely and confidentially. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All beds supplied by Devon Bed Ltd include a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, effective from the date the delivery is signed for.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

The warranty will become void if:

• The bed has been dismantled or modified without authorisation.
• The product has been moved to another property after installation.
• Damage has occurred through misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper assembly.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
